Morgan-Gallacher, Inc. can guide your sanitation crew you by allowing us the opportunity to introduce you to The MG Sanitation Package:

Step 1 -

An experienced technical representative will be assigned to your account. The representative will have been fully trained in the usage, application and dispensing of chemical products. Their knowledge of equipment will assist in developing the most efficient method for cleaning and sanitizing your plant.

Step 2 -

Morgan-Gallacher, Inc. manufactures a wide variety of cleaners and sanitizers that will be able to tackle any cleaning challenges you may face. Our representative will identify the most effective and cost efficient chemical mix to assure that your plant is cleaned thoroughly and all microbial challenges have been addressed. If we do not already have the chemical you need, one of our full-time chemists will develop a customized detergent for your needs

Step 3 -

Selecting the right equipment mix is every bit as important as selecting the right chemical mix. Morgan-Gallacher, Inc. distributes a complete line of equipment to meet your plant’s chemical application and dispensing needs. Whether it be a simple push button dilution machine, a fully automated CIP system, or a centralized foaming and sanitizing system, Morgan-Gallacher has the expertise to design the system your facility needs. We can provide you the tools to clean your plant thoroughly in the most efficient manner possible.

Step 4 -

Our representatives will thoroughly train your sanitation crew on SOP's, GMP's, HAACP, safe sanitation practices, and chemical safety. Training will be the highest priority, and will be accomplished both "Hands On" in the production facility and in a classroom setting.

Step 5 -

Ongoing support is the final step of The MG Sanitation Package. Our representatives will come to your facility both during sanitation and production to check on the proper usage of our products and the status of your plant. Findings will be reported back to management through written reports. Items requiring immediate attention will be pointed out to supervisors during our visits.
